2007 NATIONALS - Pensacola, FL

Spartans made it to the Final 4!

Congratulations Spartans!

The Michigan State Women's Club Soccer team is a competitive group of MSU students who continue their love for soccer while keeping higher education a top priority. Comprised of 20 girls and two experienced coaches of local team huddleyouth premiere teams; the club promotes teamwork, leadership, and representing the university at the local, regional, and national level. Our program continues to improve with five National appearances in the last six years (Texas '04, Arizona '06, Florida '07, Alabama '08, Arizona '09). Only the top 24 teamsin the country qualify to compete in the National Championships. The Fall 2007 season was quite a success reflected by our team's 3rd place finish at Nationals in Pensacola, FL.

Dedication and hard work is essential while we practice three times a week and travel on weekends for league and tournament games. We participate in three seasons of soccer, with fall being our main season. Members successfully also maintain jobs and academic excellence. The MSU Women's Club Soccer team is a completely self-funded program.

We are always looking for talented, dedicated players. We welcome anyone who enjoys playing competitive soccer to tryout for the team in August. Spring training is open to anyone interested in practicing with our team, whether you want to try out in the fall or just want to play some soccer! If you have any questions regarding our club, practice or game schedules, or the tryout process, contact coach Dan Jury at
