Technical Sergeant Ronald M. Fink is the Non-commissioned Officer In Charge of Personnel, Air Force ROTC Detachment 380 at Michigan State University.

Technical Sergeant Fink is a native of South Bend, Indiana. He entered the Air Force on 3 February 2000 and attended Basic Military Training and Technical Training at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi where he graduated as a Personnel Journeyman.

Sergeant Fink has deployed to Kabul, Afghanistan in support of Operation Enduring Freedom and the Global War on Terrorism.
