Technical Sergeant Shaun D. Deegan is the Noncommissioned Officer in Charge, Knowledge Operations Management, Air Force ROTC Detachment 380, Michigan State University.

Sergeant Deegan is a native of Washington State.  He entered the Air Force on 3 December 2002 and attended Basic Military Training at Lackland Air Force Base, Texas followed by Technical Training at Keesler Air Force Base, Mississippi and Sheppard Air Force Base, Texas where he graduated as an Avionics Technician and later re-trained as an Information Management Journeyman.

Sergeant Deegan has deployed to Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan and Headquarters United States Central Command in support of Operation Enduring Freedom, Operation New Dawn and the Global War on Terrorism.
