COMPUTERS and MUSIC at M.S.U.

FACILITIES:
COMPUTER MUSIC LAB

This is a general purpose computer music lab, established by the Office of Computing and Technology, the College of Arts and Letters, and the School of Music in 1988. It is open to all university students, staff and faculty. It can accommodate twelve people working simultaneously on various hardware platforms: Macintosh, Windows, NeXT, and SGI. It is used by students in various classes in music theory and music education, by composition students working on printing scores, creating compositions, or programming, and by various other students working on music projects that require the use of a computer.
