NEW - NCAA ENFORCEMENT WORKING GROUP - HEAD COACH RESPONSIBILITIES REGARDING COMPLIANCE WITH AND VIOLATIONS OF NCAA RULES
In light of the Enforcement Working Group's recommendations related to head coach responsibilities/accountability, the enforcement staff has created an educational document for Division I head coaches to review.

NEW - NCAA ELIGIBILITY CENTER FEE INCREASE
Effective September 1, 2012, the registration fee for the Eligibility Center will increase for both domestic and international prosective student-athletes. The fee for domestic students will increase from $65 to $70 (US and Canada). The fee for international students will increase from $95 to $120.


NEW - MSU TEST SCORE REQUIREMENT
Effective Fall 2010, all incoming student-athletes must have their ACT and SAT test scores sent to MSU directly from the testing agency.

NEW - REQUIREMENTS FOR OFFERS OF ATHLETICALLY RELATED FINANCIAL AID
Effective August 1, 2010, a prospect must complete the amateurism certification questionnaire administered by the NCAA Eligibility Center in order to receive a written offer of athletically related financial aid from an institution.

OFFICIAL VISIT REMINDER - NCAA ELIGIBILITY CENTER/INSTITUTIOL REQUEST LIST (IRL)
Effective August 1, 2007, a prospect must be registered with the NCAA Eligibility Center
PRIOR to making an official visit.
