Luis Camacho

Luis Camacho is Professor Emeritus at the University of Costa Rica. He holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy, Catholic University of America and is President of the Costa Rican Philosophical Association. Luis Camacho has been professor of Logic, Philosophy of Science and Philosophy of Technology at the University of Costa Rica and visiting professor in several universities, among them Honduras National University, Denver University, Swarthmore College and Michigan State University. He is author of several books on Logic, the relation between science, technology and development and related topics. He is also the author of many articles published in periodicals in Costa Rica, Mexico, Sweden, Holland, the USA, Argentina, Colombia and Australia.
