I got this recipe from the cookbook
called "Cooking
Thai Food in American Kitchens" by Malulee Pinsuvana.
Ingredient
- 1 can of 8 oz. chunck tuna fish in water
- 1 cup ground pork
- 2 tablespoon finely chopped ginger
- 2 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 1 lime cut into pieces (have both lime and its skin)
- 2 tablespoon coconut flake
- 1/2 cup coarsely chopped roasted almond
- Lettuce
- Optional: chilli, coriander
Procedure

Fry coconut flake in the pan without oil until it turns
brown.

Cook the ground pork in frying pan without oil.
When it is done remove it from the stove.

Drain the tuna fish and add to the cooked pork.

Add garlic powder, salt, and lime juice.
Put on the lettuce leave and add the rest of ingredients
