I got this recipe from internet.  It is from Ms. Gesinee Chakkrot (Salatip, Shangrila Hotel).

Ingredient

  • Tarlet or krathong (I bought this from the frozen food area in the supermarket).  Click here if you want to make it yourself
  • 80 g. minced chicken
  • 50 g. minced shrimp
  • 10 g. yellow cornseed
  • 5 g. sweet peas
  • 10 g. diced carrot
  • 15 g. paste of coriander root, pepper and garlic
  • 20 g. oil

Procedure

  1. Fry paste until fragrant.  Add chicken and shrimp.  Fry until cooked
  2. Add green peas and corn.  Season with salt and sugar to taste.
  3. Place the filling in the tarlet and serve

 

 

To make the tarlet, you need

  • 50 g. wheat flour
  • 50 g. rice flour
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 100 g. water
  • 5 g. sugar
  • 3 g. salt
  • 10 g. oil

Mix the ingredient together.  Put in the basket shaped mold.  Deep fry in a lo to oil over medium heat until golden brown.
