I got this recipe from internet.
It is from Ms. Gesinee Chakkrot (Salatip, Shangrila Hotel).
Ingredient
- Tarlet or krathong (I bought this from the frozen food
area in the supermarket). Click here
if you want to make it yourself
- 80 g. minced chicken
- 50 g. minced shrimp
- 10 g. yellow cornseed
- 5 g. sweet peas
- 10 g. diced carrot
- 15 g. paste of coriander root, pepper and garlic
- 20 g. oil
Procedure
- Fry paste until fragrant. Add chicken and shrimp.
Fry until cooked
- Add green peas and corn. Season with salt and sugar
to taste.
- Place the filling in the tarlet and serve
To make the tarlet, you need
- 50 g. wheat flour
- 50 g. rice flour
- 1 egg yolk
- 100 g. water
- 5 g. sugar
- 3 g. salt
- 10 g. oil
Mix the ingredient together. Put in the basket shaped
mold. Deep fry in a lo to oil over medium heat until
golden brown.
