ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

The Michigan State University Journal of Medicine and Law publishes two issues each year. Annual subscriptions are available for $18.00 for domestic subscribers and $28.00 for international subscribers. Subscriptions are accepted throughout the year. All subscriptions will be renewed automatically unless the subscriber provides timely notice of cancellation by contacting the Journal at msujml@msu.edu.

Checks should be made payable to the Michigan State University College of Law and payment should be sent to:

A subscription form is available at the bottom of this page. Please print the form, complete the necessary information, and send to the address indicated along with the appropriate payment amount.

CANCELLATIONS

Notice of cancellation must be made at least three months before publication date and should be directed to the Business Editor at msujml@msu.edu. If a subscription is to be discontinued at the end of the subscription year, written notice to that effect must be sent to the Business Editor; otherwise the subscription will be renewed automatically.

ADDRESS CHANGES AND INQUIRIES REGARDING EXISTING SUBSCRIPTIONS

Address changes must be made at least three months before publication date. All notifications of change of address should include old and new addresses, with zip codes. Send address changes and any inquiries regarding existing subscriptions to the Business Editor by email at msujml@msu.edu or via post to:

MISSING ISSUES

Domestic requests for missing issues should be made within three months of the month of publication, while international claims should be made within six months of the month of publication. Customers submitting claims after these deadlines will be charged the regular back issue rate for replacement copies. Claims for missing issues should be directed to the Business Editor at msujml@msu.edu.

BACK ISSUES

Copies of back issues of Volume I, Issue I through Volume XI, Issue I are available from William S. Hein & Co., 1285 Main Street, Buffalo, New York 14209-1987, 800.828.7571. Back issues can also be found in electronic format for all your research needs on HeinOnLine (http://heinonline.org/). Individual articles may also be obtained through LexisNexis and/or Westlaw.
