2007 - 2008 Goals

Our goal this year is to provide opportunities for local alumni to share "spartan spirit" together at various social events, to provide assistance for local students attending MSU and to support the MSUAA on campus.

History

The MSU Alumni Club of Western New York began in the early 1950s.  At that time, there were two separate very active clubs for men and women.  In the 1970s the two groups combined to form our present club which has about 50 active members.  Present members are from Buffalo, Amherst, Tonawanda, Williamsville, Clarence, Grand Island, Orchard Park, Hamburg, Dunkirk, and Jamestown.  Over the years we have supported MSU scholarship, athletic, and educational programs.  The participation in social events, along with the development of a strong MSU SPIRIT, camaraderie and many longtime friendships has made our club very enjoyable.

Support Michigan State University, MSUAA, and your local alumni club by volunteering to serve on a committee.
