Michigan State University College of Law presents a one-day symposium Power, Inequality and the Bargain: The Role of Bargaining Power in the Law of Contract on Friday, March 31st at Michigan State University in East Lansing, Michigan. Hear from leading experts on topics such as: how bargaining power doctrines in contract law should incorporate and reflect the developments of the last decade, whether the information era has altered traditional power dynamics in the bargaining process, and the potential impact of recent trends on consumer and producer bargaining power.
