Research Interests:
Reducing dietary risk for chronic diseases, by use of behavioral models to improve food choice for fruit, vegetables and low fat dairy foods.  Recent and current projects have focused on the following populations: Limited income; Young adults; Middle school girls; Mothers of young children; African American men.
