Developed for the purpose of teaching health professionals, the Nutrition Assessment
Laboratory was developed by a grant from the Kellogg Foundation for Healthy U and contains
about 1400 sq ft of laboratory space.
The laboratory is equipped for research and teaching with the
following:

- One laptop computer
