Yeah, that's right. I've switched internet providers to a cable service that's included with my apartment (read: it is not optional and my rent has gone up to cover it, and I'm not going to pay for that AND a second internet service) and it seems that one of the 'features' of this new service is that I can't use FTP anymore. Which means I can't update this website.
But do not fear! Doran Eirok's internet presence is not completely vanishing. My artwork and happenings are still updated more or less regularly here:

FA and DA are both updated at the same time with the same things; all my new artwork. Since this page is no longer going to see updates, at least not frequently, I'd recommend that you change any bookmarks or links you know of to one of the galleries.

Welcome to the Lair of Doran Eirok: Dragon Artwork, Writings, and Other Odds and Ends.
Greetings! You have stumbled upon my personal website. I call myself Doran Eirok while online, and portray myself as a blue scaled dragon with silver feathers. I have various hobbies, but this website focuses on drawing and writing. In "real life" I am a graduate student of Geography. My page is not massive or extraordinary, it's simply my little claim on the vast web. I can only hope you find my works enjoyable.
Chambers of the Lair
One of my favourite hobbies is drawing, although I am but an amatuer. Most of my art is in colored pencil or done on computer and concerns dragons, as I enjoy drawing them and they hold a very special significance to me.
Where I keep my various explorations with the pen. Don't get too excited, I just do it for fun, but some of them may be a little entertaining.
Something else I enjoy doing is roleplaying, mostly online. This page has pictures and very brief descriptions of a few of the many characters I have sitting around in my head just waiting for a chance to jump out and exist in a story or roleplaying game.
