The MSU Documentary Film Club is a student based organization dedicated to the learn basic Video production elements through events and shows and art of documentary filmmaking in academic and social projects.
Our past projects have included "Satrang - Culture of India", a documentary exploring all aspects of Indian culture, from education to dance to music, the Widget Documentary, Bhangra Fusion 8, and a documentary on the Junior 500 Push cart race. Our group is open to any Michigan State University student, faculty member, staff working with any MSU Department or alumnus, the club strives to promote learning, creativity, and the production of documentary films.

If you have no experience with producing a doc or any video, that is perfectly fine, we will teach you everything you need to know if you meet with us. Some of the members have not even taken any DMAT classes or are not in the DMAT or COM programs.
