Current Alpha Pi Chapter at
Michigan State University...

  CHAPTER HOUSE
Since its completion, 1218 E. Grand River has been occupied by generation after generation of Delt Sigs. It is one of the few buildings whos sole occupants has been the fraternity it was built for. History and tradition is rich within its walls: from awards dating back to our founding, located in the Norm Potter room, to the tables we dine on that have been used by Delt Sigs for decades. No fraternity on campus compares to the solid structure found in both Delt Sigs' Chapter House, and the Brotherhood within.

Delt Sigs Alumns know that they owe their amazing college experience to this Fraternity, and they give back. Here is what they've done recently:
· New State-of-the-Art Fire Warning System
· Complete Renovation of Basement: New flooring, ceiling, walls, 30% larger social area

  LANDSCAPE
· Horseshoe Pit
· Tackle & 2-hand Football
· Baseball
· Croquet
· Slip 'n Slide
· Dock
· Patio Furniture
· Volleyball Pit
· Grill
The property owned by Delta Sigma Phi Alpha Pi is a treasure in itself. With one of the largest front and back yards on campus, outside events are easy to make amazing. An elevated dock lines the Red Cedar, with a lower dock giving water access and allowing us to make a paddleboat-entry during Fall tailgates at the Rock. The back yard includes a volleyball pit, patio furniture, a dock with water access, and a brother always has a grill around. The front yard faces Grand River Avenue. Tackle and 2-hand-touch football, croquet, horse shoes, baseball, slip'n slide, projector during playoff/champion games; these can all be found throughout the year in the front yard.

  '04 / '06 BROTHERHOOD OF THE YEAR
At both the 2004 and 2006 Greek Galas, Delta Sigma Phi was named the chapter with the strongest Brotherhood at Michigan State University. We are the Brothers who are always there for each other, regardless the occasion. Throughout our college careers and spanning into our professional and family lives, Brothers of Delta Sigma Phi, not just in words but in actions, are Brothers for life.

  CONSTANT HOUSE IMPROVEMENT
Delt Sigs at Michigan State have the largest Alumni base out of all of its chapters. These Alumni frequently give back to the fraternity in many forms. One of the most recent is a three part campaign including: State-of-the-art electronic fire system installed, hard wired to the fire department; Complete rennovation of the basement including adding 30% more space for social events, a new drop ceiling, professionally stained wood panneled walls and an increase in storage area. The third part of the plan includes rennovations and the construction of another bedroom on the 1st floor, along with a bathroom strictly for our lady guests.

All of the above has belonged to the Brothers of Delta Sigma Phi for generations, and will for generations to come.
