The House
Delta Upsilon at Michigan State University is located at 427 MAC in the city of East Lansing. MAC Avenue is named after MSU's first name, Michigan Agricultural College. The college then changed to MSC, Michigan State College and is now MSU.

The house has 14 bedrooms, 2 study lounges, formal room, game room, kitchen, basement, and 4 bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms are double bathrooms. Each bedroom has cable TV and the formal room has digital cable on the big-screen.

The back of the house has a beautiful wooden deck and a parking lot to fit 15 cars comfortably, 21 or more if you enjoy chaos.
