Jeffrey Bossin      Jeffrey Bossin, born in 1950 in Santa Monica, California, is a carillonneur, musicologist, and a member of the Guild of Carillonneurs in North American, a founder member of the German Carillon Association and Russian Association of the Campanological Arts and represents Germany in the international carillon organization Eurocarillon. He studied carillon at the Universtiy of California, Riverside, from 1968 until 1971.

     In 1986 Bossin drew up the specifications for the Carillon am Haus der Kulturen der Welt in Berlin-Tiergarten, donated by Daimler-Benz to commemorate the city's 750th anniversary. In 1988 he was put in charge of the new instrument, playing regular concerts since then and taking part in the official ceremony of German reunification in 1990.

     He has played guest recitals at carillon festivals in Europe and the United States, has premiered works by many well-known composers, and has played for theater, film, CD, radio, and television productions. He has lectured extensively on the carillon and is the author of several publications about the instrument including the book The Carillons of Berlin and Potsdam.
