Henk Verhoef
Visiting Performer
Henk Verhoef studied at the Netherlands Carillon School with
Bernard Winsemius. He is city-carillonneur of Woerden, and of Monnickendam,
where he plays the oldest carillon in the world. He gives expertise in
building and restoring carillons, and was involved with the restoration of the
Hemony-carillon of Amersfoort. Henk Verhoef is also active as organist, and
teaches in the Church music department of the Sweelinck Conservatorium Amsterdam.
