Coming Home CD Release Concert and 50th Birthday Bash for Barb Barton begins at 7:30 p.m. at the church. Join Barb and guests Kitty Donohoe, Pat Madden, Rachel Alexander , Terri Stangl, Kathy Morris, Carol Levack, Dave Fuest, Zack Holmes, and many others as Barb celebrates the release of her 5th CD and her 20th year in folk music. The first set will be selections from the CD, and the second will be a musical jamboree with the area's finest performers. Sliding scale $10-$20.

An Interfaith Candlelight Reception for Claude McCollum is hosted by the Social Action Committee, Journey Toward Wholeness, and other faith communities at 6:30 p.m. in the Assembly Hall. All are invited to welcome and support Claude McCollum, a Lansing resident who was wrongfully imprisoned for crimes that he did not commit. Refreshments provided. Donations may be mailed to UUCGL (note in the memo line of your check: McCollum donation).  For additional information, contact Arlene Teed, Andy Quinn, or Michelle Weemhoff.
