This site doesn't really have a purpose. It exists as an example of what not to do when you are creating your own web site.

How to Waste Bandwidth

There are a number of was one can waste bandwidth. This site will deal with ways to bloat content, and in so doing - waste valuable bandwidth.

One of the most effective ways of misusing bandwidth is to bloat graphics. This is key to wasting bandwidth. Here are a few ways this can be achieved:

Put Static into the picture.
The extra "colors" will ad to the size of the image. Breaking up solid portions of color is also a good way of adding size. If you can't add static, use lots of drop shadows (of different colors).
Take a large image and display it as a smaller one, by altering the width and height tags.
Render an image at a higher dpi than necessary.

Another useful way of wasting bandwidth that is often overlooked is to inflate the HTML of the page. Text can also eat up bandwidth.

Use undefined meta tags
Here are a few favorites:
how to make a ball bounce
alternate description
why the sun is hot
Hide large portions of text within the HTML document.
Be very verbose, and describe things to the smallest detail. This will add to the overall bulk of your document.
Use counters so that only you will get a kick out of how much bandwidth you are wasting.
Have banners on your page. Everyone loves banners.
