Breaking Ground

The New Wing

Breaking Ground

Our current church building was dedicated in 1962. At that time, the congregation was being led by Pastor Don Booher. The original plans called for a fellowship hall near the corner of Chester Road and Covington Court and a large, 400-person sanctuary to the north. The planned sanctuary was never built, and the fellowship hall, with its colorful windows, is currently the sanctuary. However, expansion did occur...

The New Wing

Our new wing was completed in 1987. With the new wing came a parlor, offices for the minister and youth director, a much needed second set of bathrooms, a new choir room, a much more accommodating kitchen, and a gymnasium.
