> Volunteer How can American volunteers be involved with international students? English Conversation HelpMost international students have passed an English proficiency exam before coming to the U.S. However, our slang expressions can be very confusing to someone from another country. By meeting with a student for just 1 hour a week to allow him/her to talk to you, you can make a big difference in that student’s life . . . and your life will be enriched! We need Americans who are willing to meet with individuals or small groups (6 – 8 people) on a weekly basis for English conversation. Time and place of meetings are arranged according to schedules of those involved. We’ll help you with materials and ideas. To volunteer please click here. Pray We need people who are
willing to pray for this ministry. Sign up to receive our
bi-monthly prayer/newsletter. by sending an email to

Leading Bible Study Statistics say that 80% of international students are not Christian. Many are atheist or have no religion at all, but they may be curious about the Bible. The student’s only opportunity to study the Bible may happen when he or she comes to an American college or university to study. We need American Christians who are willing to teach the Bible to those who know very little about Christ. We also need Americans who are willing to lead Bible classes for Christian international people who want to grow in their faith while in America. |
