This show was mainly a promo for the big Torch and Twang Fest coming up Sept. 12-13.  We’ve got 14 bands in two days -- Robbie Fulks, Holler, The Riptones, Mount Pilot, Ruthie and the Wranglers and the Lilybandits are just a few of the featured performers.  We gave away CDs from Mount Pilot and Ruthie and the Wranglers to get folks fired up about the show.  We also gave away a CD by the Burns Sisters and tickets to their show this Friday in East Lansing.  And as if that weren’t enough, we passed out some tickets to see Damien Jarado and Jim Roll play on Sept. 10.  I think everyone who called got something!
