“Roots rockin’, hip-shakin’, soul-swayin’ music!”

This show was pretty much a revolving door for a while.  The Backsliders, from Raleigh, N.C., who were playing at Mac’s in Lansing that night, stopped in the chat and play some acoustic songs.  Super nice gentleman and we gave away tickets to the show and copies of their “Throwing Rocks at the Moon” CD.  Then at 10, Brent from Heuvos Rancheros called because they’re playing at Mac’s on July 9.  Then we had to wrap up the show and run over to Mac’s to catch the last 45 minutes of the Backsliders show -- no wonder waking up at 6 a.m. to go to work was hard today!
