Playlist for August 24, 1999

Tonight we unveiled the lineup for Torch & Twang Fest III, which will take
place on October 8th & 9th right here in Lansing, Mich. This year's
line-up should be the best yet, with eight national touring acts and two local
bands taking the stage over the weekend. The stellar lineup is due in no
small part to joining forces with our good friends over at WCBN down in Ann
