Howdy folks!  This was the first official Torch and Twang for Dan and I,
and boy were we nervous!  Everything went off without a hitch, glad to
say.  Thanks to everyone who called in for all the requests, assistance,
and most importantly, praise!  We're doing our best to keep playing you
guys all that great music you love to hear.

We were fortunate enough to get ahold of the brand new Chris Whitley
album, as well as the new Devil in a Woodpile CD.  Unfortunately, we didn't have
a whole lot of time to check the Chris Whitley out, and consequently, only
played a couple of tracks from it.  You'll be sure to hear some more of
it next week.  We also picked up a disc from a band called the Nitpickers
who we both really enjoyed, so we spun a couple of tracks from them early on
in the show.
