By using the 10 Rap Commandments

- This site is owned
and operated by 10 Rap Commandments.

reasonable attorneys' fees. You shall cooperate as fully as reasonably
required in the defense of any claim. 10 Rap Commandments reserves
the right, at its own expense, to assume the exclusive defense
and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.
- You Must be 13 years
of age or older to register with 10 Rap Commandments and to participate
in chat rooms and other online posting services. At the present
time we must ask you not to register with 10 Rap Commandments
and not to participate in chat rooms and other online posting
services if you are under 13 years of age.
While 10 Rap Commandments
encourages children to consult with their parents before using
online services, parents should supervise their children's online
activities and consider using parental control tools available
from online services and software manufacturers that help provide
a kid-friendly online environment. These tools can also prevent
children from disclosing online their name, address, and other
personal information.

be interpreted and construed according to, and governed by, the
laws of Michigan State University, the State of Michigan and/or
United States Federal law, as applicable, excluding any such laws
that might direct the application of the laws of another jurisdiction.
The parties expressly exclude, if applicable, the application
of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International
Sale of Goods.
Any controversy or
claim arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the breach
thereof, shall be settled by arbitration, including joint and/or
consolidated arbitration where practicable, conducted in English,
in East Lansing, Michigan, in accordance with the Commercial
Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association, and
judgment on the award rendered by the Arbitrator(s) may be entered
in any court having jurisdiction thereof. The parties agree
to exclude any right of application or appeal to non-U.S. Courts
in connection with any question of law arising in the course
of the arbitration, or with respect to any award made.
- 10 Rap Commandments
has the right at any time to change or modify these Terms of Use
applicable to use of the site, or any part thereof, or to impose
new conditions. Such changes, modifications, additions or deletions
shall be effective immediately upon notice thereof, which may
be given by any means including, without limitation, posting on
the site, or by electronic or conventional mail, or by any other
means. Any use of the site by you after such notice shall be deemed
to constitute acceptance of such changes, modifications, additions
or deletions.
- If any provision or
provisions of this Agreement shall be held to be invalid, illegal,
unenforceable, or in conflict with the law of any jurisdiction,
the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions
shall not be in any way affected or impaired thereby.
