On June 18, 2001 130 persons began the "2001 Odyssey to the Imperial Capitals," a 2 week tour of Budapest, Hungary; Vienna, Austria; and Prague, Czech Republic. Included in the group was a 74 member concert band composed of MSU band alumni, which played 6 concerts in the three cities.
