Original plans to host such a get-together under one of the tents already in place on the IM West track were initially authorized by the Athletic Department and then denied. (Joe Levine) It was requested that the Secretary send letters of invitation to guest speakers to welcome the Alumni Band during the Fall Reunion morning indoor rehearsal. It was reported that a number of people paying for the Fall Reunion were not including payment for their Annual Dues. It was assumed this was an oversight. Collection of the additional funds will be done at the Fall reunion. Preliminary discussion was directed toward the letter from Ken Bloomquist requesting the MSU Alumni Band develop stronger links with the MSU Alumni Association.
