HNF 480 - Concepts in Human Nutrition Research Methods provides Nutritional Sciences students an opportunity to conduct independent research.  Students apply knowledge gained from various nutrition, biology and chemistry courses to a research project.  It is sometimes possible to couple experiences gained from an internship or work in a professor's laboratory with this HNF 480 project to enhance the independent research experience.  Speak to Dr. Bennink (mbennink@msu.edu)about possibilities.
