Research Interests: 
Post-harvest physiology, biochemistry of fruits and vegetables; pigments; enzymes; processing technology of horticultural products; remediation of pesticide residues in horticultural products by post-harvest treatments and processing

Extension:  
Fruit and vegetables physiology and processing techniques and technologies; work with processors to improve quality and safety of fruit and vegetables.
