1-Dry ingredient liquefier

1-variable speed homogenizer

1-Hot milk separator

2 - 500 gal.  Process tanks (used for pasteurized product storage)

2 - 150 gal. ice cream flavor vats

1- 150 gal. /hr. continuous ice cream freezer

1-80 gal. /hr. continuous ice cream freezer
