Course
Description: Multidimensional perspectives of eating disorders will be reviewed
focusing on the interaction of medical, psychological and sociocultural factors. This
course will provide practical guidelines for clinical management of Anorexia Nervosa,
Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder.
Topics include strategies for promoting normal eating and breakingthe destructive
cycle of bingeing, dieting and self starvation.
