Course Description: Multidimensional perspectives and interrelationships between eating disorders and our national "obsession with thinness" will be Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder will be provided and an alternative approach to weight management based on self-acceptance, normal eating, pleasurable physical activity and positive body image will be introduced.
For undergraduate and graduate students in Nutrition, Psychology and other health-related fields as well as practitioners.

*Graduate credit is also available (HNF 890).
*Non-credit option is available through Continuing Education
