Michigan Transfer Network debuts. New statewide online program helps students choose courses that will transfer from one participating Michigan institution of higher learning to another.

New electronic transcript delivery service. The MSU registrar’s office has unveiled an expanded and secure transcript service for MSU students and recent graduates who may need transcripts for employment or educational purposes.
