About the MSU Rodeo Queen

The MSU Rodeo Queen symbolizes the youth of our state. She promotes the sport of rodeo and our western heritage by traveling throughout the state of Michigan during her reign representing Michigan State University and the Rodeo Club.

Each year during the Spartan Stampede Rodeo a new queen is crowned. The queen's pagaent is held to determine the next MSU Rodeo Queen. Queen contestants are judged on their rodeo knowledge, public speaking, modeling, horsemanship skills and personality. Download the queen's contestant packet.
