Welcome Guests
We welcome all guests to our church. We encourage you to stop by the Newcomers' Table for more information about Unitarian Universalism, a chance to speak with someone about the church, and to pick up a newsletter.

The UU Church of Greater Lansing is officially recognized by the Unitarian Universalist Association as a Welcoming Congregation.
We open our church as safe space for bisexual, gay, lesbian, and transgender persons. We take positions on oppression in our larger communities and accomplish outreach.

Parking: If you happen to be healthy and able-bodied, consider parking in the High School lot on Sunday. We can only park there on Sundays, but we can park there on Sundays, and it’s a great alternative to overcrowding. You get in a good walk, too. Please leave the spots closest to church for congregants who have limited mobility. Leave the spots marked Visitors for first time visitors so they can find us and park and then decide where to park if they come back again and again, which we hope they will. If you attend the 9:30 service and will leave church by noon, you are welcome to park in the library lot. The East Lansing Public Library opens at 1:00pm on Sundays and it is not a problem for you to park in their lot if you attend the 11:15 service and vacate the lot by 1:00pm. Please don’t park in the minister’s spot. That is reserved for the minister Monday-Saturday and for the ASL interpreters on Sundays.
