Welcome to Spectrum! |
News and Current Events |
We are having our regular meeting on Monday, March 17, which will be the St. Patrick's Day Party. We will have a movie and snacks for anyone who is interested!
|
Important!
E-Board elections are coming up soon! Since most of the current E-Board is seniors, there are a lot of open positions that need to be filled! Being part of the E-Board is a great way to have an effect on the MSU LGBT community (and it's also great leadership point on a resume).
There will be an informational meeting on March 24 and E-Board elections will take place on March 31.
Check out the list of current E-Board positions and contact Kalie (loundsk@msu.edu) if you are interested in applying.

Spectrum is a safe zone for GLBTA students to meet in a positive, friendly, and non-judgemental environment. We are part of the Alliance of LGBT Students and our sister organizations include Bright, Pride, Prism, and Ring. |
East Campus Caucus |
Spectrum officially represents Akers, Holmes, Hubbard, Owen, and McDonel residence halls. However, anyone can attend Spectrum meetings and events (even if you don't live in the dorms at all!) |
Membership |
Except for members of the E-Board, Spectrum does not keep track of who attends meetings and events. There is no membership fee, and everyone is invited to participate as much or as little as they please.
Anyone wishing to participate in Spectrum can come to one of our weekly meetings held in the Spectrum room at McDonel Hall, room B15 on Mondays at 9:00 p.m.
Those wishing to get more involved can volunteer to join the E-Board. Elections are officially held in May, but open positions can be filled at any time. |
