Our objective for this project is to
identify suitable sites within the Muskegon River Watershed
for collecting acoustic data. We will do this based
not on people’s willingness to monitor such locations
(as is done now), but on locations across the entire
watershed that will offer the highest quality acoustic
data necessary to achieve the project goals. We will
choose the suitable sites by meeting with the actual
coordinators of this project, and discussing the criteria
they find paramount to getting the highest quality data
and sounds.
