NAM Mini-Grants Available

Conference attendees have an opportunity to apply for NAM Mini-Grants ($250-$500) to be used for community improvement efforts in their home neighborhoods.  Mini-grant projects must meet at least two of the following criteria:
Enhance local problem solving,

• Address neighborhood or community quality of life issues, or
• Build long-term capacity of the community group(s).

Eligible applicants must be neighborhood associations that meet the following criteria:

• Have an organizational statement of purpose.
• Have open membership to all residents in the organization's geographical boundaries.
• Have a democratically elected leadership, and
• Can demonstrate capacity for fiscal responsibility.
