Registration Information

PRE-CONFERENCE registration through September 4, 2004, is $70.  Registrations after September 4, 2004, will be $90.  The registration fee covers morning coffee breaks both days, lunch both days, dinner Friday evening and a conference Best Practices Workbook.

Lodging

LODGING is available at the Hilton, 4747 28th  Street, SE Grand Rapids.  The rate for either a double or king bed is $70 (tax included).  To ensure hotel availability, you must make your hotel reservations by August 26, 2004.  Contact the hotel directly at (616) 957-0100 or 800-HILTONS and ask for the NAM Conference rate.
