There are three easy steps to get registered:

1. Complete the Registration Form

Please register for the Banquet by April 15 to ensure your place.

You can:
Register online to get signed up immediately; or
Download the form and send it back to us (instructions are in the form)

2. Complete the Alumni Questionnaire

Tell us about yourself, and sign up for the APASO Alumni Directory! Fill out our Questionnaire, online or downloadable.

3. Pay us

Make checks payable to APASO, and bring them with you to the Reunion.

Banquet and Brunch package: $55 per alumnus, $35 for non-alum guests
Banquet only: $50 and $30, respectively
Brunch only: $15 per person

Alumni Banquet registration includes a copy of the Alumni Directory and a commemorative gift. These are suggested donations: please give according to your ability--we do not want to miss anyone due to financial hardship! If you are able, please consider increasing your donation. Donations in excess of Reunion costs will be used for the formation of the APASO Alumni Association.
