This is the first page of my Web site that you the visitor will see -- nothing like stating the obvious. On this page and in the space below I will explain this site’s purpose, content, and layout. I will include tips on how to move through this site and where to find key information.

For the most part this is a website I am designing as part of my pursuit of a Masters Degree from Michigan State University in Educational Technology. People who have known me for a while are shocked by the previous sentence on two accounts. First of all, I am avid Michigan football and basketball fan, and never ever would I have envisioned going to State. Secondly, getting a Masters Degree has never been a desire of mine, especially considering my “advanced” age, but I have had the time of my life gaining tools that have defined my career purpose.
