Firemen are helpers in our community.
They help to fight fires. They
work at a Fire Station and sometimes they sleep there too. Firemen wear a heavy coat, pants, boots, and a
hard helmet to keep them safe from fire. Firemen also use picks, a fire hose, and
hatchets. They ride on fire trucks
