• Welcome to MSU Japan Club Mailing List! MSU Japan Club Mailing List (ML) is a system which is set up so that each member is able to send messages to all the other ML members.
• All students who enter Michigan State University from their freshman year, and have their emergency addresses in Japan, are automatically setup as a member of ML.
• We can only use English in this ML system. If you use any other languages such as Japanese, we will not be able to read messages.
• If your name is not registered in the ML, it is possible to become a member by yourself.

Choose an e-mail address (if you have pilot e-mail address, please use it), which you want to receive messages from ML. Next, send an e-mail based on information below.

• In order to send a message to the Japan Club ML, your account must be in the ML. This is so we can avoid leaking of important information.
• Use the e-mail address, which you registered for ML and send the message to japanclb@list.msu.edu . People, who automatically joined the member of ML, please send the message from MSU PILOT e-mail address.
• The message you sent to the ML will be automatically sent to the entire members list.

• Although you reply to a received message, your reply will not be sent to all ML members.
• The replied e-mail address will be inserted to adressee, which has already instituted from either mail sender or mail header.
• The reply message will be automatically deleted neither ML system would be unable to distinguish mail senders from ML nor does not institute anything in "reply to" part.
• In order to reply to all the members in ML, you must add the e-mail address (japanclb@list.msu.edu) to either (To) or (CC) section.
