Prof. Giesy was an invited delegate to the workshop entitled "Dioxin Screening, Remediation Methodologies and Site Characterization". U.S.-Vietnam Scientific Workshop, sponsored by the US EPA, NIEHS and Vietnamese Institute of Biotechnology (NCST), November 3-5, 2003, Hanoi, Vietnam. He was a member of the International organizing committee and a session chair for the session on "Bioanalytical and Analytical Methods".
