JAPANESE TA QUALIFICATIONS

APPLICATION PROCEDURES

A. Submit the following materials by sending or e-mailing them to the Graduate Secretary (A612 Wells Hall).

1. The completed Department TA application form. Request a copy from the Graduate Secretary, or access a copy stored in the public folder of the AFS space for the MSU user "linglang". For how to access a public folder, click here.

2. A curriculum vitae, not to exceed two pages, highlighting education background, relevant courses taken, teaching experience, publications, presentations, and any special awards received.

3. Copies of transcripts. MSU transcripts may be printed from your records on the Academic Information System. Transcripts from other institutions may be xeroxed from copies already in the files of your home department.

B. Selected candidates may be asked to provide additional materials and/or be invited for interviews.
