This Agate Basin Point was made from a piece of heat treated novaculite from Magnet Cove, Arkansas.   This piece on novaculite is one of the prettiest that I have seen.  It has translucent white areas with black veins running through it.  Near the tip there are opaque red areas, and most of the bottom half of the piece is opaque back.
Length: 14.9 cm (5.87 in); Width: 3.48 cm (1.37 in); Thickness: 0.76 cm (0.30 in).
