Support

Surround yourself with supportive people.  Decide what kind of support you need.  Do you want them to remind you to exercise or ask about your progress?  Do you want you friends or family to exercise with you or do you prefer to exercise by yourself?  Surround yourself with people who understand why you get up early to exercise and why your exercise routine is important to you.  Share your activity time with others.  Set a time to exercise with a family member, friend or co-worker.
